Operation regulation of electric chain hoist

• 1. A new installed or after dismantling electric hoist, should first be empty test run several times. But before the installation is completed, do not do electricity test.

  2. Should be carried out in the normal use of the rated load of 125%, up from the ground about 100 mm, 10 minutes of static load test, and check the electric chain block is normal or not.

  3.Dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight, for repeated movements and move around the test. After the test, check the m echanical transmission part, electrical part and the connection part is normal and reliable.

  4. Not allowed to use under the environment of absolute prohibition, or exceed the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120).

  5. During installation and maintenance, must strictly check the limit device is flexible and reliable, when a hook rises to an upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook to the lowest limit position, should guarantee the steel wire rope safety ring on the drum circle must be more than 2 times.

  6. Not allowed pressing the switch button which in the opposite direction of the movement of the two electric hoist.

  7. After the work is completed, the power supply must be pulled apart to cut off the power supply.

  8. Electric hoist should be operated by professional operators who should fully grasp the safe operating procedures, slanting hanging is strictly prohibited.

  9. Must be carried out by the specialized personnel on a regular basis to check the chain electric hoist , take measures in a timely manner when find failure, and carefully recorded.

  10. When adjusting the glide quantity of electric hoist, should ensure that under the rated load, brake glide quantity S = V/100 (V is the stabilize rising distance in the load).
